• Service providers that help us run the website and deliver your request to our team: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery service (Resend), and our email provider (Google Workspace). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others.
• Business changes, such as if the store is sold or transferred, in which case your information would stay subject to this policy.

Our online shop and other websites

The “Buy on shop” and “Visit the full shop” buttons take you to our online store, which is powered by Lightspeed. Shopping carts, checkout, and payment details are handled there, under that site’s own privacy practices. Product photos on subfurn.com are also loaded from Lightspeed’s servers.

Our website also links to Google Maps for directions and to our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control what they collect.

How long we keep your information

We keep estimate requests and related messages for as long as we need them to follow up with you, complete your project, and keep normal business records (for example, a record of the flooring installed in your home). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect your information

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to estimate requests is limited to the people on our team who need it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email or call us using the details below and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, including Minnesota, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We’ll honor those requests as the law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because our website doesn’t track visitors across other websites or use advertising cookies, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends these signals.

Children’s privacy

Our website is meant for adults shopping for their homes. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
